Our Eco Club is thriving with enthusiastic children from across the school, all passionate about making a difference to our environment. Our youngest member, Juniper from Treen class, brings a wonderful spark to our team!
We began our journey by assessing ourselves against the Eco-Schools Environmental Review. This helped us identify key areas to focus on, and we quickly realised that our first mission should be to reduce unnecessary electricity use in school.

The Eco club hosted their first ECO Club event in November 2025. We managed a whole school day without electricity, even the kitchen closed down! We realised that we consume lots of energy in school and that we can reduce it easily by switching off lights, and reducing our technology use when we can!
